Semangat ‘Korprikan Indonesia’, ASN Tegak Lurus dan Berkontribusi Nyata

BERITAU.ID, JAKARTA – Today, the Rawamangun Velodrome Sports Arena, Jakarta, witnessed the commemoration of the 52nd anniversary of the Indonesian Civil Service Corps (Korpri).

The peak event which was held on Thursday (29/11/2023) featured a speech from the General Chair of the National Korpri Management Board, Prof. Zudan Arif Fakrulloh.

In his typical style, Zudan Arif Fakrulloh started his speech with a unique and intriguing rhyme couplet.

“Firewood in Mama’s house, the fire is guarded as a lamp, the 52nd Korpri Anniversary, keep moving forward and become more prosperous,” he said to the attention of the boisterous audience who immediately greeted him with the words “Awesome!”

In his report, the Chairman of the National Korpri expressed his confidence that Korpri, as the only civil servant organization in Indonesia, has made a real contribution through Korpri’s four flagship programs.

With the theme of Korpri’s anniversary this year, ‘Indonesian Korprikan’, Zudan hopes that Korpri will increasingly become a positive force for Indonesian society.

The first program explained by Zudan was to encourage improvement in the quality of public services and digitalization of the bureaucracy. Korpri is collaborating with the Ministry of PANRB, BSSN, and the National Archives to encourage the implementation of digitalization in Electronic-Based Government Systems.

“With the spirit of ‘Indonesian Corporacy’, 34 ministries/institutions, 34 provinces and 412 districts/cities have started digitalization steps by implementing electronic signatures (TTE) or digital signatures,” said Zudan.

However, he admitted that there were still several districts/cities and provinces that needed to improve the implementation of TTE.

The second program promoted by Korpri is to strengthen the ideology and character of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN), making them the glue of unity and integrity.

In this context, Zudan emphasized the importance of avoiding extremist groups and triggers of conflict in diversity.

According to him, Korpri is an integral part of the country which must remain upright and be a sweet child who supports the integrity of the nation.

Korpri’s third program focuses on career protection and legal assistance for ASN.

Zudan explained that Korpri is committed to providing strong support to ASN, including necessary legal assistance.

Apart from that, the fourth program focuses on improving the welfare of ASN, which is considered the main foundation for the smooth running of various Korpri programs. As part of Korpri’s anniversary celebration, Korpri National successfully held various activities, such as national seminars and social service activities.

Zudan detailed several of these activities, including visits and providing assistance to social institutions, visits to nursing homes, clean water assistance, mass circumcisions, blood donations, distribution of basic food aid, stunting management, and various other activities involving 111 ministries/institutions and regional governments. .

In the momentum of Korpri’s anniversary, the Indonesian Museum of Records awarded MURI Records for two categories, namely ‘Most ASN Blood Donors’ and ‘ASN e-Sport Tournament with the largest number of participants.’ Zudan expressed his appreciation for this achievement, emphasizing that Korpri continues to innovate and contribute positively.

Meanwhile, in his speech, the Minister for Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (MenPAN-RB), Abdullah Azwar Anas, emphasized that ASN is required to provide a real work impact for the Indonesian people. With adequate office facilities and official vehicles, Abdullah hopes that ASN will provide excellent service to the community.

“With adequate facilities, we really hope that Korpri will continue to maintain its excellent performance,” said Abdullah Azwar Anas.

To encourage a more agile bureaucracy, Abdullah Azwar Anas announced the simplification of ASN categories or qualifications.

With this concept, civil servants with functional positions can move across groups based on regulations, without the need to involve complicated processes such as filling out a list of proposed credit score determinations (DUPAK).

“Now ASN friends can move across groups if they excel,” said Abdullah Azwar Anas, while expressing his hope that ASNs can develop their competencies and improve their welfare in the not too distant future.

In closing his remarks, Abdullah Azwar Anas stated that the government would regulate in more detail the welfare of ASNs in government regulations.

The hopes and challenges for the future are clearly reflected in every word expressed by the two leaders of Korpri and MenPAN-RB, along with the spirit of ‘Indonesian Korprikan’ that continues to surge. (*)
